Initial Administrator Test Results

Has my initial administrator test been scored? Please use the following steps to obtain your test results, as we will no longer post the names of individuals who have passed the test.
 
We encourage you to use the automated telephone system to find out about your test results. Our automated telephone system operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
 
If you choose to speak with a representative; they will not be able to provide any more information that what we have provided below.

1. Allow at least 14 days from the date you took the test to check for results.
2. Call the main phone number at (916) 653-9300.
3. Select either 1 for English, 2 for Spanish, or 3 for Tagalog
4. Choose option 2 for test results and follow the prompts, enter the last 4 four digits of your social security number (XXXX), your eight digit birthday (MM/DD/YYYY), for example: (01/01/1950) and the type of test you took: 740 for the Elderly Program, 730 for Group Home, and 735 for the Adult Residential. In order to get your results, you must enter all of the requested information. If you did not include your social security number on the test; then, you will have to speak with a representative.
5. If the system states that there are no test results, you may have called before we have received it, or we have not been able to grade the test. Make sure that you have waited the 14 days.
6. If the system states that you have passed the test and the congratulatory letter has been mailed, you can expect to receive the congratulatory letter within 7 business days from the date the letter was mailed.
7. If the system states that you have passed the test and the results are pending; this means that we have not printed the congratulatory letter. Call back in a few days to find out the date that we have mailed the congratulatory letter. It can take approximately 3 days for us to mail the letter after scoring the test.
8. If the system states that you have failed the test, you will receive an official notice that you did not pass the test.
